« Good location and a 5 minute walk to the Ace Family Quad lift via a shortcut path and a 10 minute uphill walk to the Ace Gondola via the Hirafu-Zaka Street. The room we got was located in the basement and require some 15-20 odd stairs down. Luckily, there was a hotel van that took us from the airport bus drop off location to the hotel and the guide helped us with one of the luggage. We still had to move the other luggages down the stairs. Can be a deal breaker if you don't want to carry heavy...

« We booked Room C and we stayed at Room B, not sure about the difference but the sauna didn't work which was disappointed. We notified the owner and we didn't get any compensation. »
