« The home was absolutely welcoming and beautiful. What an amazing kitchen! We felt spoiled with all of the added extras- the espresso machine, the Nordic hot tub to try, to the beautiful views and sunsets. Communication was excellent and the location was perfect for hiking and exploring. We would definitely stay there again! »

« Great location for XC skiing - halfway between Hiawatha Highlands and Stokely Creek. The host provided plenty of drinking water, k cups, tea bags, and cookies. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« Very nice property with amazing views!! The patio and firepit area are great to sit down and relax. Inside has low lighting to create a great atmosphere. The driveway is a little steep, but slow and steady everything was fine. The way down to the doc is also a little steep and only has actual steps part of the way so not ideal for mobility issues but again, slow and steady, it amazing to sit at the doc and enjoy the sunset. »

« Great host and property. Comfortable, spacious and less than five minutes from Searchmont resort. The new hot tub is the perfect apre ski. Beautiful view and fits four people very comfortably (up to six cozily). »

« The cabin was very rustic. Amenities not as described on Vrbo site. The charges showed no hidden fees but when we were checking out we were told there is a $20/dog/day fee. Linens were shown as included but we were also told we should have brought our own. It rained in our last night and the roof leaked. End of season camp needs done TLC. »

« This is a beautiful property along the shore of Lake Huron. The owners are clearly very organized and well prepared for visitors. We appreciated all the amenities left for our enjoyment, - paddleboat, kayaks and enough wood for campfires. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore St. Joseph Island and surrounding area. »
