We’re on the end of quiet cul de sac, right on the water. Directly across from Discovery Bay Marina.

We’re a 5-minute drive from Safeway, Starbucks, UPS, CVS. Our local pizza and ice cream place are even closer. Brentwood Farmer’s Market in the summer is a 15-minute drive. It’s the best of the Central Valley - the source of 80% of the United States' produce.

All amenities in our home are available for our guests' enjoyment.

Dogs are welcome with a pre-approval from us and a $100 fee per stay per dog. Two dogs maximum per stay. Dogs must be house trained and you must pick up after your pet. We charge $250 for additional pet clean up.

Please be aware that our home hosts a maximum of 5 guests. We rarely accept bookings exceeding this limit. No parties unless requested. We charge $500 for parties of more than 5 people.

Welcome to our beachy, family-friendly house nestled in a charming family- friendly community at the end of a cul-de-sac. If you appreciate beautifully designed spaces, waterfront living, outdoor relaxation, and water sports, you've found your perfect retreat.

Everything you need is a 5-min drive away! Safeway, Starbucks, UPS, & CVS are at your fingertips. Our local pizza and ice cream shop are even closer. The Brentwood Farmer’s Market is fantastic in the summer at a 15 min drive. This location is truly the best of the Central Valley. We are 30 second boat ride to Marina Bar & Grill and Discovery Bay marina.

Outside Space
Step outside and be greeted by two inviting seating areas, each offering a comfortable oasis for enjoying the beauty of the outdoors. Whether you prefer to lounge in the sun or seek shade under a cozy umbrella, there's a spot for every mood. Take in the breathtaking vistas of the bay as you unwind with loved ones, savoring every moment of tranquility and serenity. With ample space to enjoy alfresco dining, sunset cocktails, or simply basking in the natural beauty around you, our outdoor living area promises an unforgettable experience during your stay.

We have two spots on our driveway and one in front of the house. Parking that exceeds these two will be charged $500 penalty. It really impacts our neighbors so additional parking cannot be accommodated.

Other Things to Note:

Our community is very lively with boating/water activities bustling with activity and excitement, particularly on weekends during the summer. So, while not quite a tranquil retreat in the summer months, this place is an ideal setting for lively family gatherings, barbeques, and enjoying the Delta! During the winter monthis this is a perfect peaceful retreat for home cooked meals by the fire with views of the Delta.

Our 52ft dock features a covered (top and 1 side) boat slip w/ a 10,000 lb Hydrohoist (enough room for a 44ft boat to stay covered from the elements) and 24 ft boat alongside the doc. We do have multiple PWC hydro ports (2 covered, 2 uncovered) to park jet skis out of the water. Right off the dock you can enjoy swimming and utilizing our various water toys including paddle boards, sea kayak, lily pa, water floaters, and two fishing rods.

Our home has one driveway parking spot & one in front of the house. You have access to over 1,000 miles of boating and jet ski waterways. There is one king bed, one queen bed, one pull out sofa (queen).

Hara Design is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our homes are also protected. Therefore, guests without prior reviews will be required to complete an additional identity verification process. In that case, you'll be contacted by our identity verification partner, Know Your Guest {Superhog} to complete some additional information.

We also have a non optional Accident Insurance Fee of $100 to cover any mishaps up to $500,000. So, you're covered for most accidental damages.
