Beautiful New Luxury Mountain Condo, just steps from Lake Dillon, walk to Dillon Amphitheater and minutes from world-class ski slopes! The “Mountain View Condo” is right in the heart of Dillon in the new Sail Lofts elevator condo building with two master suites, heated garage, well-stocked kitchen, private laundry and private balcony.

This new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 people and features high-end finishes and large corner windows to soak in the sunlight and beautiful view. You’re minutes from world-class ski resorts, tubing hills, ice skating, endless hiking trails, mountain biking, outlet factory shopping and charming mountain towns. WALK to beautiful Lake Dillon, Dillon Amphitheater, the Dillon Marina (the world's highest deep-water marina), local restaurants, bike and walking paths, Summer Farmers Market, and much more. Just a block from the brand-new Dillon Town Park, featuring tennis courts, pickleball courts, rock walls, state of the art playgrounds, baseball fields, picnic pavilions and Summit Stage bus stop.

The cozy living room is surrounded with huge corner windows and offers a large open area to hang out with friends and family or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. Enjoy the gas fireplace, a sleeper sofa and comfy recliners to relax in after a day of skiing or a day on the lake paddle boarding. Choose from a selection of board games to play with friends and family. Just off the living room is a private balcony to enjoy the mountain air and beautiful mountain views. Enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee at the patio bistro table or relax on the swinging love seat.

A modern full-sized, well-stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances with everything you need from cookware to tableware and everything in between. The charming dining room seats six people at the stunning live edge dining table with bench seating plus two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The first Master Bedroom is located off the living area and features a King Bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The en suite features granite countertop double sinks and a large walk in shower with a luxury double shower head.

The second Master Bedroom features a cozy queen canopy bed with XL Twin bunk above and an en suite bathroom that also has a second entrance from the main living area. The en suite bathroom features granite counter tops and a shower / tub combination with a luxury double showerhead.

Enjoy your home away from home with a reserved heated underground parking spot, along with a private storage room for your skis, boots and gear. The “Mountain View Condo” is stocked with towels, bedding, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion and an initial supply of kitchen soap. You will also have your own washer and dryer in the condo with an initial supply of laundry detergent.

Located in the heart of Dillon, in Summit County and just a block from the free bus service (Summit Stage) serving Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes. For additional sleeping options, pack ‘n plays are available upon request.

Winter activities on Lake Dillon, just steps from the condo, including cross country skiing, ice fishing, ice skating or a beautiful walk across the frozen lake. Plus, tubing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides and more just down the road!

Enjoy summer on the lake, just steps away, with kayaking, SUP'ing, fishing, pontoon boats, the Tiki Bar and concerts or outdoor movies at the Dillon Amphitheater. Ride bikes along the lake path to Frisco, Keystone or Breckenridge. Horseback riding, and endless options of hiking and mountain biking trails in the area

Great condo

This is our second year staying in this condo and we love it for mainly two reasons a heated garage and an elevator but the condo itself is beautiful. It’s got a gas fireplace beautiful TV with all the channels you can ask for dining table seating eight king bed in the master with a beautiful shower a fully loaded kitchen missing nothing and we love to cook so we cooked every night . The condo is also located near plenty of shops, movies, restaurants, grocery store and also three major ski resorts, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain, which is our favorite.

Beautiful condo!

Amazing condo! A spacious and comfortable living area with beautiful views of the mountains. The condo was spotless and full with basic supplies. The warmed garage was a big bonus! We skied in Keystone which was only a 10 minutes drive.

Amazing luxury place to stay

We would definitely come back, neighborhood is very quiet . Very nice place to stay with beautiful view, my kids loved he place . Beverly was very helpful , always available to answer questions and took care of everything that we had issue with . Thank you for great stay

Summer Birthday Relaxation

Our birthday get away weekend was wonderful. A day trip for a history lesson and hike to the Matchless Mine and then to National Mining Museum in nearby Leadville. Condo was perfectly situated in Dillon nearby the lake and amphitheater for easy walking. Parking included with the condo is definitely an added benefit.Condo is well equipped and decorated. Can’t go wrong no matter your interests. Host Beverly is a 5 star too.

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay at this condo, everything was as it appears in the pictures and if anything was even nicer in person. The place was spotless, with nice furniture and artwork, comfortable beds and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the indoor parking spot in the heated garage since it was snowy and in the low teens or single digits while we were there. My elderly parents didn't have to walk across snow and ice to get inside. It's a very comfortable place to stay, we would definitely stay again.

Loved this Beautiful Mountain View Condo

What a beautiful, well-appointed, immaculate and comfortable condo with gorgeous views of the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The fireplace was delightful and kept the unit cozy. Bev responded quickly to our questions with helpful information. We loved having a heated garage space so we didn't have to go out into the snow flurries! Would definitely go here again.

Great Getaway - Luxury stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Dillon. The condo is beautiful, cozy, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The kitchen is really well stocked. It is such a great location. We loved the close proximity to the lake and enjoyed walks along the lake with such beautiful views. It is also so close to Keystone, A-Basin and Copper Mountain if you are wanting to ski. Beverly was informative and responsive and made our trip easy with a huge amount of local info. We did a lot of exploring. We will definitely be back again for a longer visit - thanks for a great getaway!
