« Vicky and Troy’s cottage is fantastic. So comfortable in every way, with lots of thoughtful amenities. The entire cottage was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are super cozy. Offering a stunning view of the ocean, it’s a great location to use as a home base while exploring this beautiful part of Nova Scotia. Super responsive and friendly hosts made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend a stay here! »

« Could spend the whole time watching the tides come in and go out at this wonderful cottage. Full view from deck as well as inside. Staircase to beach is fabulous. Everything you need is available in the rental - WiFi, TV (you won't watch with this view), coffee, BBQ, binoculars... »

« We come back every year. Great location on the beach! Fabulous view, access to the beach, clean, convenient, everything you need is at the cottage (dishes, pots & pans, coffee, tea, BBQ, deck with lots of chairs). Jacques is always available if you have questions. »

« Rustic charm with all the conveniences of home. The cottage sits on a beautiful lake and is only 15 minutes from Digby. The owners are very responsive and the cottage was spotless. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get away and unwind. It is great for travellers using the ferry from southern NB. »

« We loved our stay! Specially being able to walk at low tide to collect sea glass. We loved the hot tub! The place is very new and super clean. Everything you need is provided. Very private and quiet. Excellent amenities. We can see the seal in the water and many birds. If you bring your food, no need to go anywhere else! Otherwise there are excellent restaurants within 20 minutes drive! Would definitely recommend! »

« The cottage really out did the photos. It felt like home immediately, only with Great Lake views from every window. My first thought was I wonder if they’d like to sell this place! Jacques is a great host and responded right away to questions and took care of all our needs. Suggested a local farmers market, restaurants and even gave us a jar of his pickled bar clams. « This property was beautiful but it was lacking a deck out the two sliding glass doors off the main room, there was just a 3 ft drop. There was no outside seating either, host told us there were rocks by the really old picnic table by the lake. Nothing close to the house though. The side door that was marked emergency exit had no lock on it, just a towel stuffed where the lock would be this had a 3 foot drop off to the ground as well. The property was beautiful and it was super easy to check...

« We wanted a getaway that was the definition of tranquility and we found it! We were so thrilled to stay at the domes for that reason. We loved the personal touches and enjoyed the serene feel of it all. The walk to the beaver habitat was delightful. Having a coveted barbecue area to cook was perfect! We visited the Port Royal habitation, which was nearby, and the town of Annapolis Royal, which was just a 20 minute drive. We will be back for sure! »
