The place is beautiful, and the outdoor "pool" is a child's dream playground. The check-in process was the problem. There were people ahead of us, but only 6 parties. There were two people completing registrations... It took 40 minutes before I was helped! I've never had such a long wait!
The room was spacious - including the bathroom, but the "barn door" on the bathroom was really heavy and hard to open and close.
