I would give negative star if possible. We had a layover in Chicago so we booked this for stay a night. It says they have free shuttle, but when we arrived they said we have to wait an hour cause their shuttle just gone and run every hour. ok that's understandable. we were really tired so we paid $20 UBER to get there. We checked in and told the front desk we want to book the shuttle for morning 5:00am, he said it's booked without checking anything. We have to either book 4:00am or 6:00am, we were totally mad cause the FREE SHUTTLE is really a joke. We ended up with paying another $20 UBER to get to airport. The front desk was so rude, I really should remember his name. We arrived late night and wanted to use the microwave to warm our dinner, it was not working. I tried a few times and then it was running, but the plate inside was misplaced. I don't want to break it so I called the front desk, he said he will report to the maintenance. I said how long it takes to fix cause I need to use it right now. He was totally RUDE and said: I am the front desk not maintenance. I said OK then can I change a room? He silenced for a few seconds and said: FINE COME DOWN. No sorry no apologize just playing cool........we've been traveled thru world and never met front desk like this RUDE!! I really want to report this to their manager so he can get trained of how to treat customer!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
