« We spend two wonderful days. The room was clean, really nice and unique. All the available rooms are open so you can enjoy and see all the different decoration. Bed was super confortable, local and very nice toiletries available in the room and hostess so welcoming and available. Then you go to breakfast in the morning and you definitely say that you will be back! It was gorgeous, made with fresh products and so well prepared.
We also dine one night there and diner was as good and well prepared...

« Nous avons été bien accueilli dans ce motel super 8. Plutôt bas de gamme et l'extérieur est pas terrible mais les chambres sont propres et confortables. Beaucoup d'ouvriers lorsque nous sommes passés. Pas de bruit la nuit mais départ des ouvriers le matin. Le petit déjeuner était basique et il ne restait plus grand chose à manger. Bien situé pour visiter les sites de la guerre civile et motel pas cher. »

« This was one of the most pleasant stays at a "hotel" I've ever experienced, I would have happily stayed more than one night if needed. The setting is lovely and peaceful. The room was quiet at night and our beds were comfortable. Our room faced the woods with a patio which we spent a lot of time on. The facility is on the older side, but everything was clean and organized and we had everything we needed. You can park close to your room and I love that it's only 2 stories with outside access...

« We stayed there at Christmas, because our family is all there and this last stay was to bury our son after a tragic death. I was shocked to see the rate had doubled due to a Liberty U. event. How is that fair to guests that choose your property in a time of need? We'll re-think our next trip to Lynchburg and check out a VRBO.
One suggestion, would be to replace the chairs in the rooms with something that is comfortable. Have you ever tried spending any time on your computer in one of those...

You could tell it was very very slightly outdated, but that is compared to a Holiday Inn express that my husband and I stayed at two weeks previous and had just been completely renovated. « My room was very dusty and there were two dead bugs (small) that somehow housekeeping missed. Also, there's no closet--only hangers. It was fine with just me but if my husband was traveling too, that would have been an issue for our clothes. I found breakfast unappealing but maybe that's just me. Overall, it's okay.
