Best hotel stay so far!
My stay at this hotel from the check in experience to leaving the hotel using their transport service was excellent. The facilities are fantastic and each and every member of staff I came across including the restaurant staff were amazing.

Really enjoyed my stay at this, I have travelled in multiple country and lodged in various 5 star hotels but this hotel took the cake. Exception service set it apart from all other 5 star hotel, I’ll stay at Renaissance next time I am here.

My experience was very good. Their swimming pool. Their food, BAR and stuff behave and service all over the best. Personally I recommend you can stay and you feel a luxurious stay.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Gym facilities and Saloon is adequate. Room dining menu options could be limited for some travellers. Overall, a wonderful option at Dhaka.

It deserves a four star.. The swimming pool is really good but overall service is average. The food was below standard.
