Over 40 feet of dock will allow you to relax and enjoy recreational boating, fishing, swimming, & on the water fun. Fantastic lake views as you sit lakeside on the sand, on the deck, or around the fire pit. The cottage should have all the amenities you'll need to enjoy Minnesota lake season, along with a separate bunk house and game room in the garage. Our minimum stay requirements vary throughout the season, but send a calendar request for dates if you have something specific and we'll work to accommodate requests & put together a package to fit your needs!

Once you arrive youâll be sure to spend quality time on the lakeside deck overlooking Lake Sallie, where you'll enjoy grilling & evenings around the fire pit. Water toys, canoe, and kayaks are all available the lakeside shed and offer epic summer fun! The 900 square-foot interior main cottage offers up to 4 guests all the comforts of home, including Wi-fi, cable TV, bath towels, linens, etc.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with amenities including: coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, utensils, & everything you need to create meals. When night time rolls around, retreat to either of the comfortable 2 bedrooms. The separate bunk house offers an additional 4 sleeping spots with twin beds and extra bathroom.

- THE DETROIT LAKES AREA--
Once you begin enjoying the large yard & wonderful waterfront views, you may never want to leave the relaxing lakeside retreat, but if you are interested in spending time around the Detroit Lakes area, there are several activities to keep you busy.
Dining/Entertainment - Lake season always brings lots of activity to Detroit Lakes, so if you feel the need for dining, shopping, or events in the area, all the amenities of the city are within a 10 minute drive. Detroit Lakes offers a wide variety of events, shopping, parks, concerts, & restaurants that the entire family can enjoy. With some of the best downtown shops in the area & some great coffee shops and bars, it is sure to give you plenty to do, regardless of the weather. On Lake Sallie you can grab a bite to eat at the world famous Hotel Shoreham, or travel just a few miles to restaurants like Longbridge, Zorbaz, Bleachers, Brygge Taps & Tastes, Hub 41, Lakeside Tavern, The Fireside, & Spitfire Bar & Grill.
Boating - When you spend your vacation surrounded by water, it only makes sense that youâll feel like boating! We have space for you to park your trailer & hook your own boat/pontoon up on either dock. You can also inquire about our rental pontoons, kayaks, paddle boards so you can spend time on the water. Once on the water, Lake Sallie has nearly 1300 acres of recreational boating & also has a boat access route to Little Detroit Lake through Dunton Locks Park! (boat tram open weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day)
Fishing - Fishing is great throughout the year, so if you do bring your fishing rig, it wonât take you long to find multi-species fishing opportunities. (walleyes, panfish, bass, pike, muskies) You can tie up for the day on Lake Sallie orthere are several other lakes within minutes which offer a similar variety of multi-species fishing. (Rental of a fishing pontoon or guided fishing trips are also available)
Golfing - Whether you bring clubs for some serious golf or you just want to play a casual round, you have several golf options! Just around the corner, only a short half-mile away, you have the DL Country Club 18-hole course or their executive course, Lakeview which is their shorter 18-hole course. There are also a variety of other golf courses within a 15-20 minute drive. (Wildflower, Fair Hills, Forest Hills)
Biking - Having bikes onsite is nice because you can ride straight from the cabin on paved roads & find your way into town or discover many of the winding county roads that take you through Becker County. In only minutes you can explore one of many gravel/off-road options in the area or head 10 miles north to the DL Mountain Recreation Area; they have dedicated mountain biking trails you can ride to or rent bikes there if you prefer to go by car.
