Centrally near Hazel Park, Ferndale, Royal Oak, the Detroit Zoo and much more- all less than a 10 minute drive. This house is stocked with all essentials to make anyones stay comfortable. Tons to do & see- all within a 10-15 minutes drive. Pet friendly & in a safe neighborhood.
The space
PARKING: There is available parking in the driveway or on the street. Please note: there is no street parking from 7am - 4pm on Thursdays, due to rubbish pickup.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*There is a $50 lost key/lockout fee
*The house is located near train tracks so the occasional train may be heard.
*This is a non smoking property. Guests found smoking indoors will be fined $500 for a deep cleaning.
Guest access
Entire space + backyard space is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.
Other things to note
We will allow up to 6 guests to stay at this home - however we only provide 2 bedrooms (1 bed in each). If 6 guests are staying, you will need to bring a blow up mattress!

If you bring pets, we require you to pick up after them. Please make sure the backyard & lawns do not have any dog poop. Additionally, please vacuum up any excessive dog hair that there may be. Failure to do either of these things will result in a $150 fine.

This is a non smoking home. Guests found smoking indoors will be fined a $500 deep cleaning fee.
