I can’t rate this property bc the host double booked it! I contacted her earlier in the day to see if I could check in early. I didn’t hear back from her until 15 minutes before I was set to check in and it was her telling me that I couldn’t check in because the property was unavailable.I had reached out prior to booking told her what my plan was and that I would be coming in with 8 kids and a decorator. She agreed and said that I was pre approved to book. So even after knowing all that my booking was canceled 15 minutes b4 check in. She did offer me two other properties. One was way too far away and the other was closer but still about 42 minutes away from my location. With only a 15 minute notice what other choice did I have? I ended up choosing one of the options she gave me. The rental was a lot smaller than the original one I book. The common area which I wanted to use for my decorations was way too small. I wasn’t able to decorate how i wanted to because of that. All of my decorations were not used so I wasted money on that. Then the property was not as nice as the one that I originally booked. Since I did take the offer (as if I had a choice with just a 15 min notice) I didn’t ask for all of my money back. I just asked for something because I was definitely inconvenienced, I wasted money on decor , I checked in a lot later after I was trying to get an early check in. I would’ve took at least 50. She said no. So yeah 0/10 for me. The host suck. Don’t waste your money.
