Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I had a couple of hiccups, but the host was very quick to address all of my concerns. The ice maker wasn't working and I messaged the host. By the time I got home from working, there was a new ice maker at the front door. There were also ants that were getting into the bathroom, which was a little gross. However, it was just beginning to warm up and when I said something to the host, he had a pest control company come and spray immediately. (They did leave some dead ants laying in the bathroom.)My only other complaint was that the light/fan stopped working in the bedroom that faces the backyard. But that was on my last day and I wasn't sure if I was using it correctly. Oh wait... one more... The faucet in the bathroom had some kind of attachment on it where the water comes out. It must have been coming off because it was causing the water to spray everywhere. I forgot to mention this to the host! Probably an easy fix that I'm sure they will take care of before the next person stays. The home was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was easy to find. The host was wonderful and responded to everything immediately.

Amazing Stay

This place actually matched what it looked like online. BY far the most clean and comfortable place i have stayed in and i travel alot... It actually felt like i was home...everything was on point.. The host are amazing with there communication, they make you feel welcomed and appreciated... I give this place 10 stars...

The place was very clean and simple - and provided a comfortable stay while we were in town for the holidays visiting friends and family. The location is perfect for a quick jaunt to Detroit or any of the suburbs. The owners were very communicative and accessible for questions. I highly recommend.

Home Away From Home

This property and the hosts were so wonderful. The house was so cozy and had everything we needed from the softest, fluffiest towels, to fully stocked coffee bar. The beds were comfy and we slept very well. The wifi was great. I had to work and had no issues. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect right near the expressway so everything we needed was just 15 minutes away. I hope to stay here again when I have to visit my mom. There was space to breathe and I felt like I was in a hotel. Would highly recommend this property!

We flew my MIL in to DTW for a little weekend jaunt and this place was exactly what we needed. Great little neighborhood, close to excellent restaurants along with easy on/off exit. The home was immaculate and the host was very easy to work with. I would absolutely rebook! Thanks for a terrific stay!

Amazing Host very comfortable stay

From the booking process to the checkout process the host were amazing. We arrived at this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood and we're pleasantly pleased. The house was immaculate and so comfortable. The host checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and was very responsive. I would 100% recommend this stay when your in the neighborhood. I know I will be staying here on all of my work trips as long as it is available. Thank you Shu and Christine for being amazing Host during our busy stay. It was nice having somewhere comfortable and quiet to relax after a hard day.

Amazing hosts!

While in Detroit for 2 months working my company was gracias enough to put me in a VRBO rather than a hotel. I lucked upon this place which has the most amazing hosts. Shu & Christine went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Originally there wasn't a grill but Shu brought one over and even ordered a new grill set and had delivered to the house. The space was perfect for me and I felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. The backyard was private allowing me to soak up some sunshine in peace. I would recommend this place and will stay again if I'm ever back in the area. Thank you both!

Our float trip

Arriving was simple and all information needed was given clearly and ahead of time. Shu is an attentive host and communicated with us immediately when I had questions. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine. There are lots of restaurants and shopping within a reasonable amount of driving. Our purpose for weekend was a float in sensory deprivation chamber which was nearby. We definetly would consider staying in this or another of Shu's rentals. Very good stay thanks again.
