IMPORTANT Considerations: Per city ordinance from the City of Hazel Park, Michigan. To avoid potential citations please make note of the following house rules:

1. House Parties are absolutely not allowed and strictly prohibitied.
2. We can only have a maximum of 6 persons on the property at any given time. No exceptions.
3. Guests must observe quite hours from 8PM-7AM. (No excessive noise and/or loud music)

For your safety and security we have exterior security cameras covering the front and side door entrances of the property along with a noise monitor inside the unit.
