« Les plus : Les espaces communs Ă©taient super et le personnel de lâhotel Ă©tait vraiment gentil. Lâendroit est tout simplement magnifique.
Les moins : lâĂ©clairage froid dans le restaurant (led), le manque dâĂ©clairage dans la chambre et surtout le systĂšme de climatisation/chauffage dans la chambre qui laisse vraiment Ă dĂ©sirer (trĂšs bruyant et nĂ©cessite quâon lâouvre et le ferme constamment car ne sâĂ©teint pas tout seul - donc trĂšs problĂ©matique la nuit)

« I booked through Expedia (VRBO) and the room we were assigned was incorrect due to a mistake by the booking sight ( we were assigned a 1 bedroom instead of a two bedroom). The owner had us in a new unit at no extra charge ($100/night difference) within 5 minutes. Awesome customer service!!! »

« Quiet, comfortable home. My only complaint about check-in was that Vacasa changed the entry code so we had some difficulty getting in. My complaint about the home is that there was mouse droppings all over the kitchen â on dining table, on kitchen counters, even in the coffee pot. Ugh. »

« Just as pictured. Place was great . Cozy, clean, great fireplace with lots of wood provided, plenty of hot water for showers, and comfortable mattresses. Walked up thru the snow to check out the waterfall behind the house. Owners had a few sleds on the porch which we used a mile or two down the road at a local park with a sledding hill Drove to Gore for 2 days of skiing about a 20-25 minute drive taking it slow. Owners super responsive. Definitely coming back. »
