« No staff available onsite for check-in and check-in instructions were unclear. Staff did not answer the phone when we called the number provided for help. There is no one to ask for extra towels or other amenities. Room was clean enough but smelled strongly of mildew and the windows did not open so there wasn’t a way to air it out without leaving the front door open. The hot water was warm at best. « Amazing weekend stay! Could not be more happier with the service and property. Indiana and Colin were wonderful hosts and made the entire experience super special and cozy. You can tell that they are so passionate and have so much love for the property. The breakfast was SO GOOD (Indiana is an EXCELLENT cook!), one of my favorite parts of staying here. You can hike in the woods, sit outside, play pool, kayak, and more. Would come back again and would recommend for any couples/group weekend...

« Location A. Accommodations D. Incredible views with bald eagles soaring above but this is less tiny home and more base camp. Anyone with physical limitations this is a NO GO. WiFi is spotty at best and hot water is very limited. It’s all good if you’re there to sleep and use the house as a jump off. Amenities are limited but it’s all depends on what you’re there for. Owner was responsive but the “house” is what it is. Description could be better. »

« This place looks even better than what we have seen from the pictures. Everything within the property was very well maintained, organized and cozy. Paul and Chuck put a lot of hard work and love into this place. They included everything that was needed for a comfortable stay in an outdoors cabin, even things you wouldn't have considered in the first place. « The house is very nicely done & seems to be very recently renovated. Every room looked so cute & cozy & the bed was very comfortable. There was a basement as well with another couch, TV, darts & ping pong. Everything we needed was here & we enjoyed our stay very much! Hope to be back again very soon! »

« We stayed at this retreat in the woods for a 3 day concert run at Bethel Woods. It was clean, quite & close to the venue. The yard was huge and we spent lots of time at the fire pit. Our favorite beach on the Delaware River was only 12 minuets away so we spent our days river side. Plenty of parking and the host was very helpful with our questions. We will definitely be rebooking! »

« Very roomy interior, very charming and came well equipped in the kitchen. It was a little warm in the common areas since there was no air conditioning in that area and just had a dehumidifier to keep it comfortable. The exterior could use some cosmetic improvements. The outdoor chairs by the river were mismatched and had not been cleaned. The deck had also not been swept or treated in a while. The directions were a little unclear but once we found it, we could use the brown park signs on...

« This RV was beyond what we expected. Privacy, right on the edge of the lake, it is shaded in the morning and so comfortable during a heat wave. We brought our Golden Retriever who loved the water (and a hose to rinse him off!). The bed was comfortable and the RV had everything we needed. Thanks for having us Steven! »

« We had a very nice stay! We like to cook and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and everything we needed to prepare our meals. We loved seeing the deer in the yard each morning and evening. Max was very helpful and responded promptly to our requests. Definitely a great place for a getaway! »
