« I was looking for a hotel with an indoor swimming pool, a room with a sea view, close to the city centre and within 130£. And I found the Cumberland. The indoor swimming pool is in the hotel next door ( Suncliff). The staff and the management were brilliant. Always helpful and friendly at all stages. The breakfast starts at 7 am and was quite comfortable. The restaurant and the bar are very cosy. The only negative part is that the walls between rooms are very thin but… the clientele was good...

« Les receptionnistes peu accueillants. En meme temps il regne une ambiance electrique qui donne envie de se coucher et vite repartir....décevant.... Impression également d etre davantage dans un parc d attractions où tout, meme l acces à la piscine est payant. Je ne recommande pas. »

« Second time at the Park Plaza Westminster bridge and not the last time! Location is perfect! The suite 1-king is great for 2 adults and 2 children (6 & 9 yo). We’ve arrived earlier than expected, our room wasn’t ready but they’ve assigned us a ready one of the same level. Our daughters have loved the breakfast too! »
