« We really enjoyed a relaxing stay here. It is located in lovely VA farm/vineyard country with beautiful views from various rooms in the Manor. The accommodations and common areas where beautifully appointed. We didn't have dinner there but the breakfast was substantial and very good (fresh eggs from their chickens apparently!). The staff was warm and gracious always anticipating our needs. They even had a Lucid EV charger that they allowed us to use prior to leaving to allieve my range...

« The Inn was on a lovely property near a river walk. An amazing ale house is also on the property. Very quaint and comfortable. Games, books and a front porch swing were provided. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. The Breakfests were exceptional with delightful farm fresh eggs and produce. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun getaway. A side note that Sperryville is a weekend town there was not much to do during the week. »

« The cottage was well appointed and fun. The bathroom and bedroom are on different levels so be prepared for that. It was nice having the hot tub but it had a ton of bugs in it. The views and land were beautiful. Never able to find the animals and the office was closed on a Sunday so no one to ask for assistance. The directional arrows at the property are very confusing. »

« I HIGHLY recommend this place. It is very clean, quiet and private. It is pet friendly too. Whether it’s your overnight stay or longer, it is wonderful. The bed is very comfortable too. « We were looking for a place within a short distance to the Inn and found this gem. The property was spotless and comfortable. It would have been an ideal base for a trip to Shenandoah had that been part of our itinerary. It's just a short walk to the Inn. The house was a welcome destination after the meal and wine. »

Immaculate and comfortable, the bedrooms and baths were perfect for us. We made little use of the kitchen beyond morning tea but it seemed fully equipped. « Enjoyed our stay. The house was perfectly located for a nearby wedding celebration on a family farm. Located in a beautiful part of the state. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub is new and clean but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. The stairs to second floor are extremely steep, may be dangerous for small child or difficult to climb for a person with bad knees.
