« I must say it was my first time in St. Kitts and Kennedy made me feel right at home, the place was clean as expected and each unit had its own wifi. Let me say he went the extra mile providing me with water, juice, tea, coffee and the basics for comfort. He even accommodated me by a few hours with the check out time and made it easy as he had lock boxes by the gate. « SĂ©jour pour affaires. LâhĂŽtel mĂ©rite un check-up du point de vue de la climatisation qui est atrocement bruyante.
MalgrĂ© avoir obtenu un changement de chambre pour une nuit, le retour dans ma chambre pour la seconde nuit nâĂ©tait pas pour un mieux. Bref.
Pas dâeau dans les mini-bars (vides) et lâachat dâune pĂąte Ă dentifrice 15 USD mâa surprise au moment du check-out (Eh oui, les prix nâĂ©taient pas affichĂ©s).
Enfin le service de navette, malgré la gentillesse du personnel, je trouve irrespectueux...

« We got stuck due to Venezuela President Capture all flights shut down. I was able to book on hotels.com and then I called the number to confirm my booking from airport lobby. They waited for us to arrive and personally walked us to our room. It was exactly as in the pictures! I couldnât get the shade down but they graciously moved us to another room and this was even nicer than the first one! « Visited for the sugar mad carnival season. Location was walking distance to the downtown area where most of the festivities happened. Room was nice and cozy had microwave and fridge and the property had a communal kitchen. If hotel staff is not on site, they are very quick and responsive via cell phone call or whatâs app. Will def visit again and stay here ! »
