« Food options were great. We had a lunch when we arrived which was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. The beds were very comfortable. If I was to pick fault with the room I would just put that there is no aircon and it was a very hot spell of weather however they do provide you with a fan which was greatly accepted. We had no issues with the internet however we didn’t spend much time on it as were there for a wedding. »

« HĂŽtel trĂšs bien situĂ© pour visiter la New Forest avec un parking Ă  disposition des clients ce qui est trĂšs prĂ©cieux. La chambre triple sous les toit Ă©tait spacieuse, cosy, confortable et propre. Les fenĂȘtres de toit sont super pour gĂ©rer la tempĂ©rature en Ă©tĂ©. 2 Ă©tages avec escaliers Ă©troit sans ascenseur mais ça fait partie du charme. Par contre le gros bĂ©mol est le personnel pas du tout accueillant. Au check in, le strict minimum en terme d'accueil, au petit dĂ©jeuner pas un sourire et au ckeck...
