« Incroyable séjour de 4 jours passé au Gaida Lodge à proximité directe du chitwan park. Le personnnel nous accueilli avec chaleur par un jus de fruit dès notre arrivée. Le lodge nous a organisé pour nous toutes les activités en lien avec le parc afin de nous faciliter la vie. Restaurant très bon avec des tarifs très raisonnables. Chambre avec moustiquaire et nombreuses prises our recharger les appareils électroniques. Petit bémol cependant, les robinets de la douche et du lavabo...

« J'ai dormi ici 4 soirs et je reste encore au moins 3 autres soirs. C'est tranquille et sécuritaire, il y a un gardien en permanence à la gate d'entrée. Le staff est gentil et serviable. La nourriture est bonne. »

« The owner accommodated us in another property inside the city limits stating that their property is under repair ! The accommodation provided was having just rooms with a/c facility, no hot water, running taps with a kitchen and dining hall. No swimming pool. Had booked because this was near to the forest and not with in city area. The person accommodated in alternative property never spoke about the difference of amount refundable for all the shortfalls. « This place is a basic bungalow and for the price you can get something similar for much cheaper. In the middle of the night, a rat crawled across the floor and startled my girlfriend a lot. In the morning, we packed and I booked a hotel somewhere else at 4 am. We couldn’t stay here because we found it very dirty and not worth the price at all. It was very grimy and not even inexpensive for the location. I’d recommend staying somewhere else for the price or less. »

« I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. Stayed for 14 days there, and was really welcomed by their staff and the owner. Met a lot of interesting people at their roof top, and had awesome meals too. The hostel is not exactly in Thamel but it's 5 minutes walking from it, from all bars, restaurants, stores, bakerys and night life. The staff from the hostel helped me to book my trekking that was perfect and with all the other travels and adventures i did in Nepal. »

« We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2023.The room was nice and spacious with a lovely big comfy bed and mini fridge in the cupboard. We had a problem with our hot water for a couple of nights but this was fixed after mentioning to reception. The setting of the hotel is nice with immaculate gardens but A LOT of steps to get anywhere. Our room was about halfway to the restaurant and was 116 steps down from reception! "I had the pleasure of staying at the Nirvana Boutique Hotel in Kathmandu, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hotel is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. This was my first time traveling alone, and they made me feel completely safe and cared for throughout my stay. They were always there to check if everything was going well, to see if I needed anything, and to suggest activities to make the most of my time in the city. The atmosphere is super safe, which is very reassuring for a solo traveler like me. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. And the garden… what a hidden oasis of peace in the heart of bustling Kathmandu! It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge after exploring the city. On top of all that, the prices are very reasonable. The hospitality and kindness of the Nepalese people, especially at this hotel, have nothing to envy to European standards. I honestly think I will return here at the end of my trip in a week’s time. Thank you again to the entire team at Nirvana Boutique Hotel! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kathmandu."

"Eviter les chambres donnant sur l’entrée de l'hotel car bruyantes tous les soirs en raison de celebrations de mariage quotidiennes et vieillottes. Personnel tres agréable, notamment Jhapad, au petit-déjeuner, très serviable et disponible. "

"3 mariages en moins de 24 heures! Le jardin et les environs de la piscine non chauffée étaient inutilisables.Bref content de n’avoir passé qu’une nuit! Le petit déjeuner était bien les lits confortables et la réceptionniste nous a proposé une chambre tranquille."
