« I stayed a few nights here and had a great stay. First room wasn’t clean and no hot water, but the staff were quick to change it for me and I got a clean room. I ordered dinner with room service and it was delicious. The pool needs some cleaning so I didn’t go in. The hotel is in a suburban area with Nepali villas, but takes a tuk tuk or some walking to go into Bharatpur. All in all a good stay, but the price is a little to high for the state of the hotel »

« Initially, we were sent to an older part of the hotel, where the bathroom towel rack was falling, then after we came back from linch and some sightseeing noticed the front desk had been trying to contact me and offered us an upgrade, which they said was where we should’ve been sent to in the first place. Got moved to the newest area of hotels with better room and amenities. So, I could give them one less star but will give the and excellent experience for making the correction. »
