« Le but était de se reposer après un long voyage et il a été atteint. On a un peu eu l'impression d'être dans une "usine à fric" à cause des prix excessifs de tout ce que cet hôtel propose (la vue sur le toit est payante, une canette de coca 5€!). L'arrivée en masse des touristes asiatiques qui arrivent avec des dizaines de bus et prennent possession des lieux comme le restaurant ou le shuttle qui s'avèrent vite complets, enlève tout le charme des lieux. « Ok, pour une nuit, resto à proximité. Par contre à proscrire à cause du service de navette inefficace. Malgré un échangé par mail au préalable ou était préciser l'horaire d'arrivée de mon vol et le lieu de rencontre, il nous a fallu les appeler 4 fois pour que la navette arrive. 1h15 d'atttente pour voir la navette arrivée!!! Inacceptable! »

« This hotel is actually not good access to the main tourist spots in Malaysia. However, I could spend wonderful four days at here. I stayed in the water cottage and I liked to see the ocean from the balcony. I didn’t do anything special but I had a nice massage at Avi spa , also enjoyed evening wine and snacks at there. There’s an outside market close to the hotel, its ten minutes walk. »

« I love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. »

« Nice hotel with a good swimmingpool and spa. I got a great room with beautiful view of the beach. However, the hotel and the whole area around the beach is dried out of alcohol. Closest bar is 4km from the hotel. Even if a taxi ride only cost €3, this brings down the rating of this hotel. »

« Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. »
