« My bed had a yellow wet stain on it. It took almost 24 hours to get it taken care of. The staff on the phone was incredibly rude and I don’t understand why it was not priority that my sheets be changed after I spend hundreds of dollars to stay there. Never ever again. She also said she was going to credit me back a night for the inconvenience and nothing was ever credited back. »
