« This property is built on a hill over three levels to ensure you can enjoy the magnificent view over Kiama. the ground floor is the spacious and secure double garage. To access the living areas you need to walk up approx 20 stairs to the kitchen / dining / living zone and another approx 20 stairs to access the bedroom level. The management company not so great, all their communications were general and not necessarily appropriate eg threatening fines (a common thread) if I didn't clean the BBQ- there wasn't one; offering early check in but not being able to contact anyone; warning me of snakes, rodents etc. ,in a 3rd floor apartment! »
