« Very poor service from the property manager. Dishwasher did not work for the 13 nights we stayed. We told them on day one and chased them up a number of times to no avail. Excuse they gave was we can’t do anything until we contact the owner. Also refused to reimburse an agreed amount we paid in case we had visitors. The manager refused to do anything until we lodged a complaint. The house however was very nice and would have got 5 stars »

« This was a relaxed place to stay - not flashy/high-end, but comfortable, had everything that was needed for our family plus pet holiday. Location is quiet, short walk to the beach.Beds and couches were clean and comfortable, showers worked well. Kitchen was suitable for family cooking, we appreciated having a dishwasher and a ground coffee machine rather than pods. « House location was picture perfect. We absolutely loved being able to watch the kids (older kids) from the chairs. House had nearly everything we needed. Anything it didn't have was available from IGA in Callala bay just five minutes down the road. Would have loved a bigger table inside to fit everyone when it was too cold to have dinner outside. But we just fed the kids first and then the adults and we made it work. Our hot water wasn't working one morning but they had an electrician fixing it...

« A very good property however small items could be improved. The quality of the towels were pretty average and more are required (hand towels, etc for four adults). New tea towels would be a good touch. If there were oven mitts we overlooked them. Also two coffee pods for four adults staying two nights is not enough. So small details would go a long way.
