« PLEASE go elsewhere if you have the choice. Poor room service, the restaurant does not have a good decent menu. However, the people working at the hotel are kind and try their best with the limited tools and training they have been empowered with.There is no shuttle service attached to the hotel. You need to make personal arrangements or pay for a taxi. »

« Although the staff is smiling and welcoming, I would not recommend that hotel for the following reasons. There was not water one day and I went to work without shaving and taking a shower. I selected that hotel because there is a gym and I found a gym not maintained, some equipment was broken or not working and most benches are unstable, which is very dangerous while handling weights. « The staff is kind, it’s close to shoppin Mall and sososo bus terminal. The bed is big, room is clean. I wanted to go early morning to Mzuzu, but I didn’t catch taxi, but the staff bring my bag to bus terminal by walk as same price. I misunderstood with Clown lodge, it’s seems different accommodation, should be careful especially arriving at night time. The pot didn’t work, a bit loudly music neighbor on weekend. »

« Mirroring the exterior concrete slab look of the property, the horrible inside of the hotel is a tired version of what used to be even as new ugly design and poor furniture choice. The doors were not made for the frame and hardware so all doors are hacked on the top. You can see daylight around the doors as the fit is so poor.
