« I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the management of this hotel for accommodating my late check-in after missing my arrival date due to a coach breakdown. The hotel boasts a modern and immaculate appearance, with my room being particularly impressive. The cuisine is exquisite, and the staff have been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. For anyone visiting Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi, a stay at this hotel is an absolute must.

« From the pick up at 0130AM from the airport to the warm reception once I woke, to the food and garden, clean rooms and pool, this is the perfect place to fight some jet lag and have as home base⊠I kept extending .. just couldnât leave .. definitely a jewel in the Malawi crown and the epitome of âWarm Heartâ hospitality! »
