« Annie's Lodge was our base for an education visit to the Chiradzulu district 2-16 March 2016. It was a perfect location - close to airport and central Blantyre and 5 minute walk from HHI. « I had a wonderful 2 nights at blue zebra and wished I could have stayed longer. I was slightly concerned on booking about getting there as there wasn't much info on the website, but as soon as I confirmed my booking with ebookers the hotel was in touch to tel me everything I needed - including details on drivers from Lilongwe and how I could book a boat time to suit my arrival (at an extra cost which was very clear and totally worth it for an extra night). « PLEASE go elsewhere if you have the choice. Poor room service, the restaurant does not have a good decent menu. However, the people working at the hotel are kind and try their best with the limited tools and training they have been empowered with.There is no shuttle service attached to the hotel. You need to make personal arrangements or pay for a taxi. »

« Although the staff is smiling and welcoming, I would not recommend that hotel for the following reasons. There was not water one day and I went to work without shaving and taking a shower. I selected that hotel because there is a gym and I found a gym not maintained, some equipment was broken or not working and most benches are unstable, which is very dangerous while handling weights. « The staff is kind, itâs close to shoppin Mall and sososo bus terminal. The bed is big, room is clean. I wanted to go early morning to Mzuzu, but I didnât catch taxi, but the staff bring my bag to bus terminal by walk as same price. I misunderstood with Clown lodge, itâs seems different accommodation, should be careful especially arriving at night time. The pot didnât work, a bit loudly music neighbor on weekend. »
