"Check in was fast and easy. The hotel is in front of the main place in the city center and very convenient to travel or walk from there. It's quiet area even if you are in the city center. The room is large and very clean. The room service is ok and the people working there are helpful but not smiling at all and could be more friendly and nice. You have the feeling that they are annoyed all the time. The mini bar has bottles that need a bottle opener but there is none in the room ! So I asked one but had to open the bottle and give it back straightaway to the room service ..."

"Tout était bien ! Une petite restriction toutefois concernant l'accueil à la réception, pas aimable du tout. En revanche, un grand merci au personnel de la terrasse du 5ème étage, adorables jeunes serveurs, et également au maître d'hôtel qui nous a servi à dîner ! Petit-déjeuner parfait. Un petit problème avec le pare-douche, de dimension insuffisante, qui transforme la salle d'eau en piscine ! Femmes de ménage adorables et souriantes."
