« Nice place to stay with one exception and to me is a BIG one. Our room needs some routine maintenance i.e., carpets surely needed to be cleaned/shampooed. Stains everywhere and did not feel comfortable in walking on the carpets without slippers or shoes.
Please a little maintenance (carpet cleaning) in each room goes alongggggggggggggg wayyyyyyyyyyy. »

« Attentive staff. Great breakfast. Easily set-up 4:30 AM shuttle to the airport, driver was on-time and helpful.
Shuttle pickup from the airport did not happen. There is no signage or information on where or when to be picked up at the airport. Could not get in touch with the local front desk to ask. Had to Uber to the hotel from the airport. »
