« We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia. »

« The facility was ’ok’... not easy to locate... rooms were too porous to sound from the outside... staff needs some training in hospitality although the lady night manager was efficient and proffessional. Comfortable stay except for the noise. Shopping very nearby for those interested. »

« They have opened a new space for some category of rooms which they don't put upfront. So pls check and book. I found them inconvenient and had to fight for the GM to adjust us. But it's better if the hotel states it clearly upfront so that customers know that the rooms are outside the property, around a km away. And you would need hotel transport to enjoy each and every thing as listed in the hotel facilities as all of them are in the main hotel space. »

« Even though i booked deluxe room, i was downgraded to standard because they were sold out. Hotel arranges club style party every weekend, hence, i could not sleep the whole night. There is no mention or warning that there will be party with loud music. Such a terrible experience and staff is not helpful. »

« We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was extremely accommodating. One particular experience stood out—when we requested a banana for our baby, who is not yet eating solid food, it was provided without any hassle. The breakfast area staff was wonderful, and a special mention goes to Anjali, who was incredibly helpful. Overall, the hospitality and service were top-notch. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here...
