« I had trouble getting ahold of the property, and ended up having to jump through hoops to ask some simple questions.
Which made it hard to get yo get ahold of the shuttle- so I got to drag my bags up 240 stairs.
Everything was just a little bit more difficult. »

« 地點其實是一個叫做「伊香保」溫泉的地方，應該係一個曾經盛極一時的溫泉區。這間森秋旅館，算是其中一間有多年傳承的溫泉旅館，地點在山腰，旅館本身擁有多個停車場，我見有「第七駐車場」，可想而知確實是當地地主。食用方面全是當地當灶，可謂時令食材為主。員工人數多，有許多資深的。酒店極為潔淨，你會感受到酒店方面在全力保養舊有設施的同時，亦盡力加添新設備，洗手間有自動感應燈光，可謂一大進步。晚餐已經不錯，但早餐更好。露天風呂算是很大的了。 »

Hôtel d’exception et magnifique, chambre spatieuse et moderne. Accueil d’ecexption dans un cadre naturel agréable. Seul bémol le manque de communication et la limite/difficulté d’accès au spa et au restaurant.
