« Nice room. Breakfast overpriced with no reduction for continental option - we didn't choose this and went to the local cafe!
Dinner was a shambles. Clearly a good chef and helpful and hard-working staff .... but spoilt by lack of management and understaffing. »

« The Beverley Arms was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Truly exceptional, a wonderful room, top class breakfast and professional staff. We will definitely visit this amazing hotel again. An affordable hotel of a very high standard with free parking. »

« On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered.
The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty.
The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold.
Coffee and tea were...

« The double room was clean & fresh but the 'standard' size double bed does not compare well with the more usual 'queen' size provided in hotels in this price range.
The staff were brilliant ambassadors for the hotel - Maisie & Jenny in particular - always attentive, always happy to engage with guests, always thinking ahead to anticipate the needs of their guests.
The hotel is set well back from the nearby road and there was absolutely no intrusive traffic, or any other, noise to disturb our...

« Guys we are in the middle of a heat wave I said it’s appresive in the room came back after work the next day still no fan in the room
Don’t stay here if there is a heat warning - also didn’t help having the maintenance team scrapping banging under my room after the first night.
Would I stay again - yes if there’s air con - staff have been very good. »
