« We had a calm and peaceful stay, with two good nights of sleep. Room was pretty big. However, this hotel is a bit old fashioned with out of date rooms and style. Didn’t like at all the 6ÂŁ tax/person a day, every day, for using the pool and jaccuzzi. That’s not a cheap hotel : it should be included in the room rate. Bit stingy. And annoying. »

« Warm welcome by the host, explained everything you need to know. The bed was really comfortable, room was spacious and tidy, even had a fan which was welcome as the nights where in the 20s. Breakfast was gorgeous, cereals,full english or if you asked for anything similar they'd do it, the coffee was lovely, they also catered for the continental visitors. Spacious car park and a nice ten minute walk to the seaside. Overall i would recommend The George and would certainly visit again. »
