« Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned. « Photos do not do justice for this property. It is lovely! We appreciated the location right next to the forest, enjoying daily walks there and on the property. The spa was incredible-wonderful treatments and amenties. Out of all the properties we stayed during our India trip, Oberoi Sukhvilas hands down had the best food-very creative and talented culinary team. Only downside was some of the male staff in the dining area were a bit aloof; the ladies of the resort gave fantastic service-kudos...

« Great hotel in Zirakpur! Sophisticated, but affordable. Well-staffed and maintained. Breakfast buffet is excellent! Prices do vary a lot… I was thrilled to get a room for around $50. Would stay again! »
