« Nous avons choisi un chambre mi-gamme, situé dans l'aile "moderne" (années 1970/80?) de l'hotel. A gagner le chambre il faut monter quelques marches, ici, là. Le chambre était bien propre, mais le décor semblé plus en accord avec l'époque de l'aile. Le (grand) lit était le plus confortable qu'aucun hotel que nous avons visité: c'était l'invitation à faire la grasse matinée! Nous n'avons pas diner au reste de l'hotel mais le petit déjeuner était du bon qualité et a profusion. A reccomander. »

« Hyggelig hotell med engelsk sjarm beliggende i veldig engelske omgivelser. Jeg hadde bedt om rom på bakkeplan pga helseutfordringer og det hadde jeg fått. Rommet hadde vannkoker og te etc, samt en flaske vann og cookies💜 Badet hadde alt det et baderom skal ha, nok håndklær, såpe og annet. Frokosten var meget god og meget engelsk. Alt i alt et fint opphold. Anbefaler dette hotellet. »

« We were welcomed by lovely staff giving an immediate good impression. Our room was small and a bit dark, but had everything we needed. Our dinner was amazing, beautifully presented and generous. Thanks to the weather we were able to sit in a beautiful garden looking onto the village green. Breakfast was brilliant. All the food is locally sourced and delicious. As to the cost, we were delighted at the value for money. Lovely pub with loads of character and lovely staff. »

« The most gorgeous house and setting. Extremely well equipped kitchen, hot tub and pool a delight. Bedrooms and bathrooms well appointed, modern and fresh. Gardens very attractive lots of places to sit together or to find a quiet spot.Cannot praise it enough, we were three generations who all enjoyed every aspect. Lots to do locally, would love to still be there. »
