« I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. We got to our room to find the bathroom was dirty (specifically the bath itself and it had a long dark hair in it to go with the...

« Rooms were tiny curtains to small for the window tiny tv no where to store your cloths no bed change over the 3 day stop overall basic some where to sleep could not spend the day in the room as it's a box with a bed and shower that did not work properly good for location but if your going on nights out to get drunk brilliant place just to get your head down sorry but it's the truth advertisment is false rooms are nothing like the pictures won't be staying again also be was bed was broken on one...

« Well appointed and clean rooms. Dinner in the hotel was great. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with low stock and slow service. Gym and pool were well maintained. »

« unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower, tv was not working, the flush in toilet was temprimental and the toilet seat was moving, bed frame was broken. Definitely not worth £116 per night and without the breakfast. Daylight robbery. Was cleaned and nice man helped us to enter the front door. Sadly basic amenities failed. »
