« Grosse déception concernant la piscine notamment ! Nous avons réservé cet hôtel principalement pour ça et malgré un hôtel annoncé family friendly, nous apprenons en arrivant à 17:30 que les enfants sont interdits à partir de 18:00 (ils ont même semblé hésité à nous laisser entrer et sont venus avant 18h dire qu'il fallait sortir) mais qu'ils y ont de nouveau accès de 8 à 10 le matin, en plein sur le créneau du petit déjeuner. « Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall. The spa was really relaxing and well worth it. The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely. The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day. »

« A comfortable and nicely appointed hotel in the centre of the town. Many hotels allow early check-in if rooms are available, but NOT the Hampton by Hilton. You pay £10 per hour extra. A very disappointing practice. Low-cost airlines charge for every little extra; it seems that there are low-cost hotels! »

« A part sa situation centrale, cet hôtel ne mérite pas qu'on s'y arrête. Notre chambre était minuscule, table de chevet seulement d'un côté du lit (j'ai utilisé la poubelle retournée en guise de tablette pour pouvoir y mettre ma montre et mon livre), pas de climatisation. La salle de bains était bien rénovée, mais il y avait quand même deux robinets séparés pour l'eau chaude et froide, tellement chers aux British! Donc côté chaud: robinet brûlant et impossible de faire couler l'eau à température...
