When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this. »

« We absolutely loved our 5 nights at Lune Mill River House over New Years. We were just a family of 4, but the house would also be suitable for 2 famillies. Yes, it is basic and a bit old, but that's what makes it so real. It was also a step back in time with old photos on the walls, and even multiple tape and cd players! We didn't use these but it was fun to explain to the kids how we used to listen to music. Sitting on the deck with a morning coffee looking across the river with birds to make...
