« Old carpet, didn’t feel clean. Otherwise good place. »

« It was an good room. Wanted to make use of jacuzzi in room but the room was extremely humid (even with AC on) already so we didn't. Carpet felt wet; like it was cleaned recently and not yet quite dry. We enjoyed our stay regardless. Breakfast was very good. »

« bathroom did not smell clean. There was no hand soap provided to wash your hands just body wash and shampoo, lotion. The bathroom also had a weak ceiling fan that you could barely hear turn on and motor was clearly out. Everytime someone used the bathroom in the hotel room the smell was trapped and lingered due to the poor/ broken bathroom fan. we brought it up and were told all the rooms have the same fan and that it was on and working. « I stayed while on business. When I travel for business I look for value since I pay my expenses. This stayed was perfect. I was amazed what I got for what I spent. Spacious area with full size refrigerator and an amazing comfortable bed. What more do you want and need, No frills but who needs them. Why pay for them when you don't need them. I almost forgot to mention this came with a full kitchen. Amazing »

« Room floor was very dirty, turning the bottoms of my feet black with only minutes of walking in the room. Bathroom had no fan and was very rusty. The whole room had an awful smell from something cooked in the room previously. Could hear guests in other rooms very easily, AC unit let in water when raining. »

« If playing Sand Valley with a large group, this is your place. Right down the road from the resort. Tons of beds, bathrooms, and space for everyone. Big deck just off the kitchen and huge game room in the garage. »
