« The staff was very friendly, the hotel and room were very clean. I have back issues and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was not too hot like some hotels we’ve stayed in. Pool area was large and beautiful with a fireplace, pool table, foosball table and air hockey. There was a nice variety for breakfast, both hot and cold. We will stay here again when in the area. »

« No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Worst experience we’ve ever had. This trip was not for leisure, it was a hospital stay so we only needed the room to...

« No hot water to take a shower. TV was horrible to try and find a channel worst setup ever in a hotel room television! No bars or hand bar in tub/ shower and very slippery. Other guests complained of the same exact situation. I won’t be staying at a Comfort Inn anytime soon!!! »
