« The location is great and communication with rental company was good. I liked that it was pet friendly. The space was not clean. There was roaches and droppings from rodents around the house and counters. There was no light in the bathroom so we had to use our phone lights at night. It’s an older place that’s pretty run down. « Beware! Upon check in we immediately noticed a musty smell. Many surfaces in home were dusty and had been not cleaned. The home had water damage in the master bathroom with wood paneling coming off the wall and we found curtains with numerous large stains and broken loose tiles in the dining room. The downstairs bedroom smelled of water damage and had wood paneling coming off the wall. We found dead bugs in the showers and sinks. The refrigerator was dirty. We found droppings in the kitchen...

« Nice place. Spouse found a few rat turds on the bed and lipstick on a pillowcase but she’s a snowflake! All the appliances worked well. Plenty of room for lots of people. I honestly would go again. »
