« This was a first for me, I had never stayed in a B&B before. The breakfast was great. I did like you had an option of the room with a bathroom and one without. I’m glad we picked the one with because on the second night someone was in the other room and they were noisy and dropping a lot of items on the floor and shutting the door loudly. I will not score this B&B low because it’s not their fault. This is a lovely place if you like B&B. Thanks for the experience. »

« Wonderful three-night stay at this very nice property. Great location along Lubec’s Water Street, making everything in town within easy walking distance. The room was immaculately clean and had all the comforts I needed. Everything is self-serve, including a modest but adequate continental breakfast each morning, set up in the entrance foyer. Patrick is a terrific host who went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for a stay in Lubec. »

« This property was advertised as "no smoking;" however, the place had been smoked in for years as evidence by the smoke stained yellow curtains. The house was dirty, cobwebs throughout the house. , Spare roll of toilet paper was dirty. Bathroom soap covered in hair and hair in the bottom of the tub. The bath mat was dirty and there were hair and crumbs in the sheets of one of the beds. When I contacted the host about these problems, she did not respond. After 13 hours, I reached out to her...

« Beautiful setting. Nice inside.A little hard to find based on the directions that mention a "road" name which wasn't applicable to the actual location. Directions could be a little more concise there are some details in them that led to confusion on our part. But everything was great once we found the place. I would definitely stay there again. Vey nice dock and the beauty of the lake is stunning. »
