« We arranged our stay with Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Frankenmuth through Expedia. We reserved a King Suite with a jetted tub. When we checked in, the staff did not inform us that there was an error with the reservation. We didn't find out until we actually got up to the room and found out there was NO jetted tub in the room. My husband went back down to the front desk, and they said that they couldn't help us because we reserved through Expedia. We were on the phone for almost an hour...

« Our stay was ok but not great. Water pressure in the sink was virtually non existent. Stayed three nights and they never refreshed the room. Breakfast buffet was serviceable but not a lot of variety from day to day. Although the staff for the breakfast area was very nice. Overall, just ok. »
