« Quite possibly the most concerning experience I’ve ever had with an online rental property. I booked this property for a few days and ended up changing rental properties within an hour of arriving. The property was not adequately cleaned prior to my arrival, and I was informed the HVAC system listed on the property description apparently did not exist- during a week where temperatures were going to hit triple digits multiple days.
