« This was the worst hotel experience of my life. i booked the room through expedia and upon check in i was given the wrong room. i got a room with one queen, non smoking. they put me in a room with two twin beds. when i asked for my room to be corrected they put me in a smoking room. the room was also filthy, the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned. there was pee all over the toilet seat and the toilet paper was obviously never changed. i have asthma and cannot stay in a room that’s been smoked...

« The whole hotel was dirty. Looks like they are doing renovations but have never seen a hotel so dirty. Both the main areas and the room! Sadly disappointed. »

« This property is not acceptable, and the staff shows nothing but disinterest. The bed and facilities in the bathroom were clean. But nothing else was clean, The floor was dirty, the furniture has not been dusted in weeks, and the grim around the bathroom sink and dressing table has built up for weeks as well. It was Ap 10-12, 2026. Do not recommend anything about this facility. »

« The room and building were dingy and felt unclean. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. The TV didn't work, the thermostat was wonky, the sofa was old and grubby. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. »

« Checked in and then had to switch room due to spoiled food in the fridge, and a foul smell in the room. Second room also had a filthy fridge. The facility tried to tell me they could not accommodate another room since I booked through a third party. I did let them know, this is a facility issue, and not an Expedia issue. I will not be returning here. »
