« The room was very clean. The chair was comfortable but worn. The bed was very comfortable, and we got a good night's sleep. We were just passing through Scottsburg and looking for a place to spend the night, and this Red Roof filled our needs. »

« The property upon arrival looks very impressive and beautiful but when entering the house many issues came up. The first thing that occurred was the inner storm door handle fell off immediately. Once inside it was clear that minimal cleaning had been done as the floors were not swept or mopped. The refrigerator had something spilled all over and dried to the shelves and had to be scrubbed to use it. The coffee station was well stocked but the machine did not function and we had to buy one for...

« We travel with a pet, so you never know what to expect in a room, but our unit was clean with absolutely no odor from previous pets. There were a few repairs needed but minor things like patching ceiling post previous water damage. The only thing I missed was a hair dryer but would probably been given one had I bothered to ask. Beds were comfortable and price was very reasonable even with $25 pet fee. Would stay again. »

« If you love the unusual, this is your place! Great “castle” experience and the beauty of southern Indiana horse country! Unique venue close to all the attractions Louisville, KY has to offer and a beautiful, pastoral setting too. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcomed and at home. Highly recommended. »
