« Vieil hôtel entretenu au minimum mais propre. Bâtiment sécurisé par un code. Matelas confortables, chambre confortable. Le seul gros hic qui nous a rendu la nuit terrible c'est le bruit. Les murs sont mal isolés et les voisins ne faisaient vraiment pas attention. Nous avons entendu les portes claquer une bonne partie de la nuit. Il n'y a pas de salle pour déjeuner, c'est seulement des céréales et des jus déposés sur le comptoir de la réception. Le personnel est hyper sympathique et serviable. »

« Nice greeting, even though we were checking in late. Inexpensive snacks available. Breakfast was awesome and the noon checkout for the weekend—-divine. We came from Cedar Point, were exhausted, got up early for breakfast, went back to bed, and were refreshed (and the driver safe) when we got on the road a noon. »

« We always stay at Hampton when we travel. However, recently, I have begun to notice an unpleasant trend. Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in?? Good Lord, is their job so miserable that they act like they have been on duty for 36 straight hours? I am a business owner and I realize how hard it is to get decent employees.
