« The breakfast was good. The table the waffle maker was sitting on was a little wobbly, which felt unsafe. Our door magnetic portion wasn't operating and they fixed it with no issues. The room was mostly clean. It could use a good dusting. The staff was pleasant. We felt safe during our stay. »

« I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Cigarette butts littered the grounds. The biggest issue was our non-smoking room, which reeked of smoke. It permeated the walls, furniture, and bed, making it difficult to breathe. When we asked the front desk, they said the room used to be a smoking room, and although they tried to remove the smell, it was impossible. There was furniture stacked in the hallways, and our...

« Everything was perfect (except for the weather at check-in!). The location is wonderful, we loved the bathroom/showers and greenhouse where we could hang and eat and admire Benka's plants! (So many orchids!). Keith was an awesome host filling us in on everything - even the surrounding area. The walking paths are beautiful and serine. The additional 5 canine hosts were adorable and Mici I'm so sorry you didn't spend at least one night with us! I wish we would have been able to stay longer...
